The Shur-Loc Mesh Panel EZ 23" x 31" – 355/34 Yellow is a professional-grade, precision-cut mesh panel designed for use with compatible Shur-Loc E-Z Frame systems. Shur-Loc's panel system allows printers to stretch and replace mesh in-house without permanently gluing the mesh to the frame, helping simplify screen preparation and replacement.
Featuring a 355 threads-per-inch mesh count with a 34-micron thread diameter, this fine yellow mesh is suited to applications requiring excellent image definition and controlled ink deposits. The second number in the mesh specification represents the thread diameter measured in microns.
The high mesh count makes this panel particularly useful for fine halftones, small text, intricate line work, detailed graphics, and other high-resolution screen printing applications where maintaining stencil detail is important. The yellow mesh helps reduce light scattering during exposure, making fine-detail stencil production easier to control.
Shur-Loc E-Z Frames are designed to let operators install and stretch replacement mesh quickly while achieving optimal tension. Shur-Loc states that E-Z screens can be stretched in approximately 2–3 minutes, and the mesh panel can be removed and replaced when needed.
