AlbaChem 1175 Dri-Web Pallet Adhesive - 11.75oz Can
Fast-drying aerosol web spray pallet adhesive designed for screen printing, delivering long-lasting tack that securely holds garments in place without transferring, staining, or soaking through fabric.
Characteristics
The AlbaChem 1175 Dri-Web Pallet Adhesive is a professional aerosol pallet adhesive formulated specifically for screen printing applications. Its unique webbing spray pattern dries quickly to create a strong, long-lasting tack that helps keep garments securely positioned on the press pallet throughout the printing process.
Unlike conventional adhesive sprays that can lose effectiveness when exposed to lint and fibers, Dri-Web is especially effective when printing fleece and other lint-producing materials. The adhesive is designed to maintain its tack even as fibers accumulate over the pallet surface, helping reduce interruptions and the need for frequent adhesive reapplication.
The fast-drying formula helps prevent adhesive from transferring from the pallet onto the screen-printed garment. Dri-Web is also formulated so it will not stain or soak through fabrics, making it suitable for production environments where clean garment handling and dependable registration are important.
Because its long-lasting tack requires less frequent reapplication, Dri-Web can help reduce adhesive consumption and production interruptions during longer print runs. The formula does not contain chlorinated solvents and contains less than 55% VOC by weight.
Packaged in a convenient 11.75 oz (333 g) aerosol can, AlbaChem Dri-Web 1175 is an excellent pallet adhesive for manual and automatic screen printing operations, particularly when printing sweatshirts, hoodies, fleece, and other materials that can quickly reduce the effectiveness of traditional pallet adhesives.
