Overview
This Allied Grid-Lock round hoop has a 5.5" (14 cm) inside diameter, the size Allied sells as its 15 cm (5.9") round, and fits ZSK machines with a 495 mm sewing field. Allied calls the 15 cm round its most popular size for left-chest embroidery, and it also works for purses and tote bags.
Grid lines on the hoop face, dot marks around the window and lines on the inner wall give your operators reference points for straight hooping, and the double height inner hoop holds the fabric firmly. Patented Grid-Lock Alignment Grid
Built-in horizontal and vertical grid lines on the hoop face, spaced 1 cm apart and labeled with numbers and letters, give a quick check that the garment is hooped straight (U.S. Patent No. 6,298,800). -
Radial Dots and Inner Wall Lines
Dot marks around the embroidery window and vertical lines around the inside wall of the inner hoop add more reference points for placement without marking the garment. -
Double Height Inner Hoop
