PAGL-18RD-ZSK-400: Allied's 18 cm premium plastic round for ZSK 400 mm field machines.
Overview
This is Allied part PAGL-18RD-ZSK-400, a Premium Allied Grid-Lock round hoop with a 6.7" (17 cm) inside diameter, sold by Allied as its 18 cm (7.1") size. It fits ZSK machines with a 400 mm sewing field. Allied lists it for larger left-chest designs, tote bags, sports jerseys and children's jacket backs.
The 79 mm bolt-style screw with T and L markings opens the hoop wide for thicker garments, and the double height inner hoop holds the fabric firmly. Grid lines on the hoop face, dots around the window and lines on the inner wall give your operators reference points for straight hooping.

Patented Grid-Lock Alignment Grid
Built-in horizontal and vertical grid lines on the hoop face, spaced 1 cm apart and labeled with numbers and letters, give a quick check that the garment is hooped straight (U.S. Patent No. 6,298,800). -
Radial Dots and Inner Wall Lines
Dot marks around the embroidery window and vertical lines around the inside wall of the inner hoop add more reference points for placement without marking the garment. -
Double Height Inner Hoop
The taller inner hoop gives more gripping surface for a tighter hold on the fabric than a single height frame, and adds strength. -
79 mm Bolt-Style Adjustment Screw
The extra-long 79 mm (3 1/8") external screw has a knurled, slotted head. It opens the hoop wider for thick garments and turns by hand or with a flat head screwdriver. -
T and L Markings
Marks on the hoop tab show which way to turn the screw to tighten or loosen. -
