AlbaChem 1632 Water-Based Screen Opener - 19oz Can
Fast-acting foaming screen opener formulated for water-based screen printing inks, quickly clearing dried-in ink and clogged mesh while leaving no film or oily residue.
Characteristics
The AlbaChem 1632 Water-Based Screen Opener – 19oz Can is a fast-acting aerosol cleaner designed to safely open screen mesh clogged with dried water-based ink during screen printing production. Its foaming action penetrates dried-in ink to help restore open mesh and maintain clean, consistent print areas without requiring the screen to be removed from the press.
Designed for convenient on-press use, AlbaChem 1632 can be applied directly to clogged or partially blocked areas of the screen. A thin application helps loosen dried ink so normal squeegee passes can reopen the mesh, reducing interruptions and helping printers get back into production quickly.
The formula works quickly without leaving behind an oily residue or film that could interfere with printing. This makes it especially useful for production environments where water-based inks can begin drying in the mesh during longer print runs, production pauses, or warm shop conditions.
In addition to opening clogged screens, AlbaChem 1632 can also be used for cleaning ink and dirt from printing press surfaces. The foaming formulation provides a convenient solution for routine press-side maintenance and spot cleaning.
AlbaChem 1632 contains no APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylates) or NPEO (nonylphenol ethoxylates) and has a fresh, pleasant scent.
