Zentner Compact Automatic screen washer
Continuous flow system for automatic washing and de-coating
Each of the modules are individually self sufficient and are combined to form the CompactLine system. The modular construction allows to extend the line at any time to incorporate upgrades; this also covers any changing requirements for future productivity. This means flexibility built on existing investment and extends the operational scope, since every CompactLine can be extendet to a fully functional SpeedLine.
The CompactLine consists of a combination of modules for loading, washing, de-coating, finishing and offloading. All units are made of high grade rust free stainless steel 1.4301.
Optionally the CompactLine system can be upgraded to included the Incline filtration system and fully automatic loading and off loading magazines. The control panel enables the activation and deactivation of the individual process modules. The conveyor speed can be set electronically to allow for variable settings.

- Use of environmentally friendly chemicals
Functional description: The screen to be reclaimed will be placed on the loading module (2m).
Module 1: The ink-coated screen is transported through the wash module (1m). Moving jet arms wash off the ink on both sides. The circulating cleaning agent is filtered and flows back to the supply tank.
Module 2: In the de-coating module (1m) the screens are sprayed on both sides at considerably high-pressure with de-coating agent. The result is an optimally deep effect and reduced ghost images. The used chemicals are filtered and returned to the cycle.
Module 3:The finish module (1m) processes the stencil on both sides using high-pressure water from moving jet arms, completely removing all template residue.
- The clean screen is issued at the offloading module (2m).
- The unit is delivered with all necessary documentation and CE mark.
- Designed & Manufactured in Germany
Optional Filtration System
The Incline filtration system from Zentner filters out solids, preventing contaminants like emulsion, tape, ink particulates and other harmful solids from going down your drain. It is good for the environment and your plumbing. Waste water from your washout sink flows through a multi-stage waste management system, specifically designed to trap harmful screen printing solids and particulate matter from entering your drainage system.
