SPSI Tru Blue ER Emulsion Remover is a professional screen reclaiming chemical designed to effectively break down and remove cured emulsion from screen printing mesh. Developed for routine screen room use, Tru Blue ER helps make the reclaiming process faster and more efficient so screens can be cleaned and returned to production.
After the ink has been properly removed from the screen, Tru Blue ER is applied to the stencil to begin breaking down the remaining emulsion. Once the remover has had sufficient contact time, the loosened stencil can be washed away with high-pressure water, leaving the mesh ready for additional cleaning and preparation.
Tru Blue ER is well suited for production screen rooms, commercial print shops, and other screen printing operations that regularly reclaim screens.
