Constructed from durable stainless steel, the SFS-100 is designed to withstand the demanding environment of a professional screen room while providing a simple, low-maintenance method of filtering wastewater generated during screen cleaning and reclaiming.
The system uses a convenient roll-to-roll filtration design that allows wastewater to pass through filter media, capturing solids before the water continues toward the drain or additional wastewater-treatment equipment. CCI supplies the system with a 150-yard roll of filter media, providing a ready-to-use filtration solution for reclaim operations.
For enhanced wastewater treatment, the SFS-100 can be used as part of a process incorporating CCI CLEAR WATER, which is formulated to coagulate suspended ink, emulsion, solids, and certain metals so they can be captured by filtration media.
This version of the SFS-100 is supplied without the optional sump pump, making it a practical choice for shops that already have an appropriate pumping arrangement or do not require the optional pump configuration. CCI identifies the sump pump as an optional accessory for applications requiring wastewater to be pumped to a remote drain location.
