Chromaline Spike CT-420D Photopolymer Emulsion - 1 Gallon
Fast-exposing, ready-to-use photopolymer textile emulsion engineered for plastisol ink printing, delivering excellent mesh bridging, high solids content, superior stencil durability, and easy reclaiming.
Characteristics
Chromaline Spike CT-420D Photopolymer Emulsion is a premium SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion developed specifically for textile screen printers using plastisol inks. Designed to optimize exposure at the 420 nm spectral range, Spike CT-420D delivers exceptionally fast exposure speeds while producing sharp stencil definition, excellent edge quality, and reliable production consistency. The ready-to-use formula requires no diazo mixing, reducing preparation time while eliminating mixing errors and extending shelf life.
Its high-solids formulation provides excellent coating characteristics on both low and high mesh counts, allowing printers to build durable stencils with fewer coats while reducing emulsion consumption per screen. Superior mesh bridging helps create strong, uniform stencil surfaces that maintain fine detail throughout long production runs.
Spike CT-420D is engineered for fast-paced production environments where rapid screen turnaround is critical. The emulsion dries quickly, exposes rapidly, washes out cleanly, and reclaims easily after printing, helping shops maximize productivity while minimizing reclaim time. It performs exceptionally well for general textile printing, athletic apparel, promotional products, and high-volume plastisol production.
Because the emulsion is optimized for plastisol ink systems, it offers outstanding stencil durability while maintaining excellent image resolution for both solid graphics and detailed artwork. The dyed red formulation also improves stencil visibility during coating, exposure, and inspection.
