Chromaline Pro/Cap 50 Capillary Film is a pre-sensitized diazo capillary film designed for screen printers who require thick, durable stencils and consistent heavy ink deposits. The 50 micron film provides excellent edge definition while eliminating coating variations commonly associated with liquid emulsions, resulting in repeatable stencil thickness and reliable print quality.
The 26" x 30' roll is ideal for shops producing textile graphics, athletic numbering, bold spot-color designs, and underbase stencils where increased ink laydown is required. Pro/Cap films are engineered for excellent adhesion to properly prepared mesh while offering outstanding durability throughout long production runs using plastisol and solvent-based inks.
Because the stencil thickness is factory controlled, Pro/Cap 50 delivers highly consistent print results from screen to screen. The film helps reduce variables during screen preparation while providing smooth stencil surfaces, excellent image sharpness, and dependable reclaimability after production.
