Chromaline CP2 (Violet) Diazo Emulsion - 1 Quart
Economical violet diazo screen printing emulsion engineered for fast exposure, high resolution, excellent stencil durability, and easy reclaiming with plastisol, solvent, and UV inks.
Characteristics
Chromaline CP2 (Violet) Diazo Emulsion is a proven dual-component diazo emulsion designed for screen printers seeking dependable stencil performance at an economical price. Widely used in textile, graphic, and industrial screen printing, CP2 offers an exceptionally forgiving exposure latitude while producing sharp stencil edges, excellent detail reproduction, and durable screens.
Once sensitized, CP2 provides outstanding resistance to plastisol, solvent-based, and UV-curable inks while remaining significantly easier to reclaim than many high-performance emulsions. Its balanced durability and reclaimability help reduce reclaim labor and extend screen life.
The medium-viscosity formulation coats evenly across a wide range of mesh counts. With approximately 21.3% solids, CP2 builds durable stencils while maintaining fine detail and high image resolution for textile and graphic printing.
CP2 is freeze/thaw stable before sensitizing, providing greater flexibility during shipping and storage. After adding the diazo sensitizer, refrigerate to maximize working life for dependable day-to-day production.
