CCI PFX-HV Red Pre-Sensitized Photopolymer Emulsion - 1 Gallon
High-viscosity red pre-sensitized photopolymer emulsion engineered for exceptional edge definition, excellent mesh bridging, and long print runs with plastisol, UV, and solvent-based inks.
Characteristics
CCI PFX-HV Red Pre-Sensitized Photopolymer Emulsion is a premium one-part, ready-to-use photopolymer emulsion formulated for screen printers who require outstanding stencil durability, sharp image reproduction, and fast processing without the need for diazo mixing. Its high-viscosity formulation produces excellent mesh coverage while reducing pinholes and helping create consistent stencil thickness for demanding production environments.
Designed for textile, graphic, industrial, and specialty printing applications, PFX-HV delivers exceptional resolution on fine-detail artwork while maintaining excellent resistance to plastisol, UV-curable, and many solvent-based ink systems. The durable stencil stands up to long production runs and repeated print cycles without premature breakdown.
The rich red color provides excellent stencil visibility during inspection, coating, and reclaiming while making defects easier to identify before press setup. The emulsion coats smoothly by hand or automatic coater, dries evenly, and exposes quickly when used with LED or metal halide exposure systems.
Because PFX-HV is pre-sensitized, there is no diazo mixing required. This eliminates mixing errors, shortens preparation time, and provides consistent performance from container to container while maintaining excellent shelf life when properly stored.
