Chromaline DTS Z-1 (Violet) Direct Emulsion - 3.5 Gallon
Premium violet hybrid SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion engineered for Direct-to-Screen (DTS/CTS) imaging systems, delivering rapid through-cure, exceptional image quality, and durable stencils for textile and graphic screen printing.
Characteristics
Chromaline DTS Z-1 (Violet) Direct Emulsion is a premium ready-to-use hybrid SBQ photopolymer emulsion developed specifically for Direct-to-Screen (DTS/CTS) exposure systems such as SignTronic®, CST®, and similar digital imaging technologies. Its unique formulation provides faster through-cure during digital exposure while producing exceptionally sharp stencil detail and excellent mesh bridging for demanding printing applications.
Designed for professional screen makers, DTS Z-1 creates durable, high-resolution stencils capable of handling plastisol, water-based, discharge, and many solvent-cleaned printing applications. The medium-viscosity formula coats easily, delivers consistent emulsion thickness, and maintains outstanding image definition on both fine and coarse mesh counts. It is especially well suited for high-detail process printing and production environments that require reliable repeatability and long stencil life.
Its violet color provides excellent stencil visibility during exposure and inspection, while the 40% solids content helps produce strong stencil build and dependable print durability. DTS Z-1 is reclaimable using recommended screen chemistry and should be stored above freezing, as the emulsion is not freeze/thaw stable.
