CCI Solvex #8 Press Wash

This product is designed for the removal of plastisol and UV inks when reclaiming your screen, or for removing the ink only and saving the screen.

If purchasing 55 Gallon Drum, must have loading dock.

SOLVEX #8 is emulsion and capillary stencil safe. It will protect the fabric from deep stains or ghosting from the image print, which makes it much easier when complete reclamation of the screen is necessary. This product is excellent for the removal of pallet or belt printer's adhesive. SOLVEX #8 can be re-circulated or applied manually using the following steps.

PRESS WASH AND SCREEN OPENER

Apply SOLVEX #8 on both sides of screen and then wipe or squeegee off until all residue is gone. SOLVEX #8 works extremely well when cataloging the screen.

RECIRCULATING SCREEN CLEANER

Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until ink becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered and re-used.

*Dispose of in accordance with state, local and federal regulations.

Effective, Clean, Low Odor

I've used #8 pretty much exclusively over the last fifteen years as my pallet cleaner and on-press fabric fuzz and wet-on-wet build-up wipe. Dries quickly, too. Others I've tried smell too strong or soak into the emulsion and ruin the image.
